By using Sakura Arcade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the arcade.
Use of the Game
Sakura Arcade is provided for entertainment. You agree not to misuse the arcade, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates Discord rules or applicable law.
Discord Activity Use
When launched inside Discord, your use of the game is also subject to Discord's own terms, community guidelines, and developer platform rules.
Availability
The game is provided as-is and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Scores and Gameplay
Scores are for casual gameplay only. Server leaderboards and connected currency awards are community features, not official competitions or guaranteed prizes.
No Warranty
The game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the game changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
